Dental Law Claims

Supervised neglect involve allegations that the dentist (who usually treated a patient for a number of years) has failed to spot caries and decay and failed to treat the same.  Claims for supervised neglect are quite common and sometimes overlap with gum disease claims.  Supervised neglect is exactly that, neglect by the dentist whilst the patient is a regular attender.  Not only do supervised neglect claims surround caries and decay, but can also involved crowns and bridges along with not spotting failing restorations.
